An original performance, written and directed in the winter of 2006. S4TYR PL4Y takes its name from the ribald satyr plays of ancient times, here adapted for the Internet age. The work explores inter-species sexuality, specifically zoophiles and the 'furry' fandom. The entire script is adapted from real chat logs and e-mail correspondences, with a stage lit entirely by computer screens. S4TYR was performed for a limited run at Theatreworks in Memphis, TN and is seeking future venues.
